All purchases include a standard 12-month warranty period. Following warranty expiration, customers may procure genuine spare parts at factory-direct pricing.

We provide complimentary operational videos for every truck model in our product line. Additionally, we welcome your staff to participate in on-site operational training at our manufacturing facility.

Operation video and local training in our factory

We provide lifelong 24/7 technical support worldwide and offer optional pre-operation technical training either at customer's site (cost negotiable) or at our manufacturing facility (complimentary for qualified orders).

Overseas after-sale service

We provide overseas on-site training with our sales and engineering teams, where basic expenses (airfare, visa processing, and accommodation) will be either covered by your company or negotiated in the sales contract, with no additional engineering service fees.
